Dibble & Miller, P.C. was founded in 1977 with 3 attorneys and 3 support staff members. From the beginning, the firm has carefully grown to the current size of 11 attorneys and 27 support staff members. Your case will receive the personal attention you deserve. We have built our reputation upon the aggressive representation of our clients' interests. A considerable portion of the practice is defending individuals and businesses against tax audits (criminal and civil) for sales tax, employee taxes and personal income taxes as well as defending against the failure to pay such taxes. We are one of the few firms in Rochester to defend taxpayers against the audit and collection efforts of taxing authorities. In addition, the firm also handles other matters including business agreements, business formations, bankruptcy, criminal matters, estate planning, family law matters, real estate and personal injury cases. Each of our attorneys has the skills and experience to handle your case.
The structure of Dibble & Miller, P.C. allows our attorneys to work together. When an attorney has more experience in one facet of your case, that attorney is called upon to lend their insight, providing you with the highest quality representation. Our attorneys work together in a collegial atmosphere, drawing on each other’s expertise and collaborating to provide the best strategy for your unique situation in the most cost-effective manner.
